Statewide Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Reporting- The Texas Family Code 261.101 requires professionals to make a report within 48 hours of first suspecting abuse, neglect or exploitation of children. Use this website to report any such suspected activity. If you suspect the patient/client is in immediate danger, call 911!
- Infectious Disease Control: Notifiable Conditions
- Several Texas laws require specific information regarding notifiable conditions be provided to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). We are REQUIRED to report patients who are suspected of having a notifiable condition on this list to DSHS. Contact numbers can be found here: Gregg County, Smith County, or others.
Good Shepherd Citrix System- Use this site to access Good Shepherd's Meditech EMR system remotely. Login's for this system are setup through the IT department with managerial approval.
Longview Regional Medical Center- Use this site to access Longview Regional Medical Center system remotely. Logins for this system are setup through the IT department with managerial approval.
EMR LINK- EMR-Link provides universal provider-centric orders/results connectivity between clinics, lab vendors, other service providers, healthcare information exchanges (HIEs), and other repositories (logins are created for staff as necessary. Please contact IT for a login).
CPL Test Directory- Search for tests and associated information available through CPL. If you are unable to locate the test, please call Customer Service at 800 633 4757. Click HERE to have a lab added to Centricity.
TMHP- The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) carries out the Medicaid claims payment and Primary Care Case Management administrator duties for the State of Texas, under contract with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
Renewal Express- RenewalExpress is a value-add prescription service for refills. RenewalExpress is designed for the benefit of patients and their treating practices/physicians relative to specialty, hard to find prescriptions such as scheduled medications for chronic conditions or diseases.
CMBHS- Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) is a web-based clinical record keeping system for state-contracted community mental health and substance abuse service providers.
STD Treatment Guidelines- These are the official CDC guidelines for the treatment of persons who have or are at risk for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). If this webpage is unavailable, a local copy of the information can be found here.
DSHS Radiation Control Program- The Texas Department of State Health Services, Radiation Control Program, has the important mission to protect and promote the physical and environmental health of the people of Texas.
Incident Reporting System- This is the official in-house incident reporting system for all physical locations of Wellness Pointe.
